Nicole Richie 'dreaming of future marriage'

Nicole Richie has revealed that she would love to get married but will not be rushing down the aisle anytime soon.

The Simple Life star, who has a daughter with Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden, told Larry King Live that she is happy with the current status of her relationship.

"Of course when I was a little girl, you dream about getting married, and that is definitely a dream of mine one day," she explained.

"Right now, we're really, really focused on our family, we're focused on our foundation, and as far as feeling that need of commitment, we both really have that in each other... I think for both of us, we are going to do it because we want to, not because that's what you do."

Richie, who is expecting her second child later this year, added that the couple have chosen not to learn the baby's sex, saying: "We want the surprise... what is there really to plan? I'll get the clothes after."
