Bundchen retains wealthiest model title

Gisele Bunchen has been named the world's wealthiest model for the third year in a row.

The Brazilian-born supermodel has topped the annual list compiled by Forbes after earning a reported $25 million between June 2008 and June 2009.

The figure, which marked a $10 million decrease from last year, was compiled from her lucrative advertising campaigns for Versace, Dior, True Religion, Ebel Watches and her own shoe line.

Heidi Klum was named the second richest model, with an estimated $16 million from campaigns for brands including Diet Coke and her TV work on Germany's Next Top Model and Project Runway.

The top five was rounded out by Kate Moss ($8.5 million), Brazilian model Adriana Lima ($8 million) and Dutch-born Doutzen Kroes ($6 million).
