The 21-year-old left Edmunds Hill jail in Suffolk earlier today after serving half of a 12-week sentence for assaulting a taxi driver last year.
After being met by his mother and friends outside the prison, Tweed headed to the cemetery at St. Thomas's Church in Essex where he laid red roses on his wife's grave.
According to the Daily Mail, he is planning to meet with his agent, family and friends for a celebratory meal in East London tonight. A party is also thought to have been organised for him at Faces nightclub in Essex on Sunday evening.
It is thought that he is now hoping to establish himself as a nightclub promoter, although previous reports have suggested that he is also interested in pursuing a career in television.
Under the conditions of his release, Tweed will not have to wear an electronic tag but has been banned from leaving the country until 2010.
