Falconer "terrified" about lingerie snaps

TV presenter Jenni Falconer has claimed that she was "terrified" about posing for a new lingerie launch.

Falconer, 33, is the face of Ultimo's Adore Moi range, but admitted that she had reservations about exposing her body on the publicity photoshoot.

"It was pretty cringey," she told The Mirror. "It's embarrassing to think of so many people looking at me in my underwear, very few people do that normally!

"And I was standing in front of all these men. They don't care because they're professionals but it's not the sort of thing I normally do.

"My manager, a bloke, was standing there and I was walking about in a G-string! I was just covering up my butt cheeks with my hands shouting, 'Don't look!' How embarrassing."

The Cirque de Celebrité host continued: "I've talked about doing something like this for years but I've never quite had the nerve. Every woman has body issues, and I was too self-conscious to go through with it... I was terrified about getting my stomach out. And then there are my thighs and those weird bits under my arms.

"You think, 'Oh God, if I stand this way and suck in and turn round a bit, it wont look so bad'. But there's nowhere to hide when you're just wearing pants and a bra!"
