Hilton: 'I'm not that superficial'

Paris Hilton has said that she is "not superficial" like her reality show Paris Hilton's My New BFF makes her seem.

The star told E! that on the second season of the series she was "stricter".

"I just didn't want to be tricked again. I think it's easy for people to fake it and pretend," she said.

Hilton added: "This season I made it like a sorority, the Paris sorority. It's about sisterhood, and they have to follow certain rules. In real-life, you know, I'm not that superficial."

She also said that on the new season she was looking for someone "who's not interesting in Hollywood" and was more concerned about "having fun and being real and being trustworthy".
