WENN
Speaking on Australian radio's Kyle & Jackie O Show, the 'I Do Not Hook Up' star confessed that she had become bored with the media fixation on her figure.
"For seven years it's been happening. It's like, 'Okay cool, the fat joke'," she said.
"I love my body. I'm very much okay with it. I don't think artists are ever the ones who have the problem with their weight, it is other people."
She added that she was baffled by the continual rumours about her love life, insisting that she was more than happy to be single.
"I'm only 27, not 40," she explained. "I enjoy being single, I love work...I'm an extremist, I'm either in a relationship or I'm not. I'm honest about it and I'll tell people, it's just there's nothing to tell. I have a very good life."
However, she went on to joke that speculation about her sexuality was "not helping me on the dating front".
"I prefer the boys. I'm extremely flattered when I do get hit on by girls, and I think it's hot, but I'm not into it. I like boys."
