The mother of Britain's Got Talent winner George Sampson is said to be facing arrest after allegedly dumping 15 bags of the star's fanmail on the street.
According to the Daily Mail, a warrant has been issued for 40-year-old Lesley Sampson after she missed a scheduled court appearance.
The former classroom assistant had been expected to answer fly-tipping charges following claims that letters addressed to her son were abandoned outside the family home in Warrington.
A spokesman for Warrington Magistrates' Court confirmed: "We sent a summons letter to both of her listed addresses, one in London and one in Warrington. She did not turn up for the hearing so the police have been informed."
Teen breakdancer George triumphed in the 2008 Britain's Got Talent final after impressing the public with his 'Singing In The Rain' routine.
He has since performed at the Royal Variety Show, appeared in West End musical Into The Hoods and released a dance DVD.
