Victoria Wood has said that she enjoyed her experience on I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue, claiming that other panel shows are too male-dominated.
The comedienne appears in the upcoming series of the radio programme, the first since the death of host Humphrey Lyttelton.
Wood told Radio Times: "A lot of panel programmes are very male-dominated, because they rely on men topping each other, or sparring with each other, which is not generally a very female thing. I felt I held my own.
"ISIHAC isn't about points, it isn't about prizes and it isn't about humiliation. You have these very confident people who are there because they want to be there and because they're good at what they do."
She added that she "loved" recording her appearance alongside Barry Cryer, Tim Brooke-Taylor, Graham Garden and host Stephen Fry.
