The pair announced their engagement last November after Baskett proposed to the Girls Next Door star at the top of Seattle’s Space Needle.
She told E!: "Hank and I are thrilled to announce that we are expecting our first child together. We are touched by the outpouring of support by our family, friends and fans."
Wilkinson, 23, and pro-athlete Baskett are planning to wed later this month at her former boyfriend Hugh Hefner’s Playboy Mansion, which was also the setting of her reality TV series.
The show's spin-off Kendra debuted in the US on Sunday night on E! and scored the second highest series premiere for the cable network.
