Chris Brown 'sent death threats'

Chris Brown is reportedly "totally paranoid" after receiving death threats.

The R&B singer has employed increased security amid concerns that he could be violently attacked at any moment, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

Since his alleged altercation with Rihanna in March, Brown has reportedly had three bodyguards by his side at all times. He has also demanded that a further three security personnel follow him around "incognito".

According to the newspaper, the authorities are investigating claims that the death threat came from an organisation called the Women's Protection Action League.

It is further suggested that Brown's potential attacker could be disguised as a paparazzi photographer.
