Rihanna 'must testify in Brown trial'

The singer was allegedly attacked by Brown in February and must now appear in court on June 22 after he pleaded not guilty to two felony charges.
Her lawyer Donald Etra told People: "Rihanna was served at my office by LA District Attorney investigators.
"If the preliminary hearing indeed goes forward, she is now legally required to be there, she will be there, and will answer all questions truthfully."
Criminal defence attorney Jeffrey Rubenstein told the magazine that the star's testimony could "make or break the case" against Brown.
