Mel B: 'I love going commando'

Mel B has revealed that she frequently goes about her daily activities in Los Angeles without wearing any knickers.

The former Spice Girl admitted that she doesn't have a problem leaving the house "commando" and enjoyed the thrill of being closer to nature.

"There are plenty of celebs around who seem to enjoy going out and about without any underwear on," she told Now.

"I don't have a problem with that - in fact, I'll often go commando to be a little risqué.

"But I'd never purposefully flash to photographers, that's just wrong!"

The star, who is currently starring in Las Vegas burlesque 'Peep Show', added that she carefully chooses her outfits when opting not to have underwear on.

"If I'm wearing a short skirt, I can assure you I'll always have my knickers on," she said.

"I don't want anyone but my husband [Stephen Belafonte] seeing down there."

The singer recently attributed her highly-toned physique to five sex sessions per day.
