The actress, who played ditzy Karen Smith opposite Lohan in the 2004 hit, told The Mirror that she has no regrets about losing contact with the star.
"Mean Girls was such a long time ago and we definitely haven't stayed in touch," she is quoted as saying.
"And while we are on the subject, I can't stand her."
Seyfried is not the first of Lohan's co-stars to admit to having problems with the actress. Recently, her Confessions Of A Teenage Drama Queen castmate Megan Fox revealed that the pair "didn't get along" during filming.
