Peter Andre 'hurt' by media stories

Peter Andre has said that has been hurt by false media stories about him and his estranged wife Katie Price.

Writing in his new! column, the singer denied reports that he is sabotaging Price's career.

Andre said: "I was particularly hurt by the stories about us arguing over childcare and how I 'dumped' the children on Kate. I love spending time with my kids and would never pass up on an opportunity to see them.'

"The story about me ruining her career was also ridiculous. Anyone who knows me knows there's no truth in that - including Kate."

He added that people "should not always believe what they read".
