Lindsay Lohan has reportedly said that she is "happy to co-operate" with a police investigation regarding £250,000 of missing jewellery.

Diamond earrings and a necklace were loaned by Dior to Elle for a photoshoot on June 6 and were reported missing two days later, Radar Online reports.

Elle said that it had no reason to believe that the actress was "in any way responsible", while her spokeswoman Leslie Sloane-Zelnik said that the star "shot her cover story and left" on the day in question.

Sloane-Zelnik said: "We haven't been contacted yet by anyone. Lindsay hopes they find the missing items."
