Stephen Baldwin's home 'not in foreclosure'

Stephen Baldwin will not be evicted from his New York home, it has been reported.

The I’m A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here contestant was reported to have his 1.4 acre Rockland County house put up for public auction on June 24.

Baldwin, 43, allegedly failed to make mortgage payments in excess of £501,162 on the dwelling he purchased for £313,226 in 1997.

However, the star's representative Brad Taylor has said that the residence will not be auctioned off.

He said: "Stephen is presently going through a legal situation regarding his mortgage and that situation is still in process. No auction will be happening and all things related to this matter are being handled by his legal representation."
