Rihanna sued for being bad neighbour

University professor Christian Moeller has accused the 'Disturbia' star of allowing her visitors to drive their cars or park them across his lawn.
Moeller, who lives next-door to the singer in Los Angeles, claimed that he entered an agreement with her landlord Stephen Yacobian that allowed the latter to drive cars across a portion of his property to reach a parking area.
However, he alleged that Yacobian later remodelled his house and that the new parking area is too small and not accessible from the previously agreed access point, meaning that Rihanna's cars are trespassing on his lawn.
Moeller also accused Rihanna of installing security cameras that point directly into his home, and planting a tree that obscures his view of the city.
He is seeking unspecified damages for trespass, invasion of privacy and other claims and has asked the court to eliminate the agreement.
A representative for Rihanna has yet to comment, although Yacobian told The AP that the lawsuit was "without merit".
