The personal trainer, who is due to marry Chelsea footballer Joe Cole this weekend, started her evening with friends at Brinkley's restaurant in Fulham last night.
Dressed in blue and red for a nautical theme, the group later headed to Mayfair nightclub Mahiki, before moving on to nearby club Maddox at 1am.
According to the Daily Mail, the 25-year-old left the venue at around 2.30am and was snapped stopping for a kebab in Knightsbridge on her way home.
Zucker and Cole, 27, have refused to discuss their wedding plans, but several reports have suggested that they will tie the knot at the Royal Hospital in Chelsea on Saturday.
She previously admitted that she is hoping to fall pregnant on their honeymoon so that she can give birth before the World Cup in 2010.
