Hefner 'cannot tell twin girlfriends apart'

The Playboy mogul has been romancing 19-year-olds Karissa and Kristina Shannon since splitting from lover Holly Madison last year.
Speaking to Fox News, he said: "I have one little trick, one has a little mark [on her neck]. Other than that, I don’t know."
The 83-year-old went on to congratulate another former girlfriend, Kendra Wilkinson, on her recently announced pregnancy.
"Kendra is going to be a good mummy... I’m sure the baby will end up at the mansion. We do have [lots of little bunnies]. We have a lot of friends and second generation Playmates, so there are a lot of kids around the mansion these days."
Wilkinson is expecting her first child with fiancé Hank Baskett on Christmas Day.
