George Michael has celebrated completing his driving ban by spending $200,000 on a Ferrari California sports car.

The 'Fast Love' singer concluded his two-year suspension earlier this month, The San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Michael’s license was blocked on June 8, 2007, while he was also sentenced to community service following a 2006 arrest.

The former Wham frontman was found slumped behind the wheel of his vehicle in Cricklewood, north London the previous October, before later admitting to an addiction to marijuana.

A three-year waiting list exists for the Ferrari, which garnered a top bid of $520,000 during its unveiling last year. It can go from 0 to 60 miles per hour in under four seconds.
