Further acts including The Kooks' Luke Pritchard, The View, VV Brown and The Editors' Tom Smith took part in the shoot by photographer Rankin for the "blue face" campaign.
To coincide with Glastonbury later this week, Oxfam is asking music fans to paint themselves blue when they attend summer festivals this year.
Video footage will be shown on the Glastonbury Pyramid Stage between live acts over the weekend to further publicise the campaign.
"Doing nothing is not the answer to fighting climate change. Go blue, demand that the Prime Minister takes the lead in protecting the people of this beautiful planet and kiss goodbye to climate change. If everyone does their bit we can save the planet," Little Boots said in a statement.
