The couple, who married last July, became parents to baby daughter Isabelle Catherine at 9.05pm on Saturday.
Willis confirmed the news on his Twitter account, writing: "She is amazing and doing really well! Taking her home today."
The former Busted star had posted a photograph of his pregnant wife online the day before she gave birth, adding: "Baby! Anyday now!"
