Speaking to People, the 41-year-old confirmed that she was expecting her first child with director boyfriend George Valencia.
It is thought that the actress, who plays nurse Carla Espinoza in the hospital sitcom, will give birth in November.
Reyes quit the long-running comedy last year, although it is believed that she will be returning for several guest appearances in the upcoming ninth season.
