Travoltas 'honour late son in South Africa'

John Travolta and Kelly Preston have honoured their late son’s memory during a trip to South Africa, it has been reported.

The celebrity couple visited the country as it was a favourite of Jett's, who died from a fatal seizure in January, TMZ reports.

The pair reportedly rented out the entire Eagles Crag Lodge on the Shamwari Game Reserve and were surrounded by close family and friends.

The actor was recently absent from promoting his latest film The Taking Of Pelham 1-2-3, while he posted a message on his website that he was grateful to the cast and producers for understanding his need to grieve.
