EMI to sell Winehouse gift cards

Amy Winehouse has signed a deal with EMI to sell a range of wrapping paper and greeting cards featuring her lyrics, it has been claimed.

According to The Sun, the first release will be 'Rehab'-themed gift wrap, followed by 'You Know I'm No Good' and 'Back To Black' cards.

EMI publishing executive Jonathan Channon said: "We are looking to create innovative revenue streams from our songs with mainstream retailers and the Amy wrapping paper and gift cards received a very positive response.

"These are songs which already have a great resonance with the public."

Winehouse recently applied for residency in St Lucia where she is currently staying, despite being branded a "tattooed reptile" by a former government spokesman from the island.
