Gambaccini 'not shocked' by Jackson death

The broadcaster and writer, nicknamed 'The Professor Of Pop', told Sky News that the singer had been under enormous pressure ahead of his 50-date comeback tour in London.
"I'm sorry, of course, I'm stunned but I can't say I'm really shocked because I had feared some kind of negative health result from these dates," he explained.
"I never thought he would be able to do them all because he was a 50-year-old man with a poor recent health history and to think he could subject his body to this vigour was unrealistic.
"I'm sure we'll get medical reports through in the next 24 hours to say what caused this attack, but I'm sure the stress of these dates had something to do with it."
Gambaccini added that he would remember Jackson as "the greatest showman" the world has ever seen.
