Anna Friel has promised that her role in the forthcoming West End production of Breakfast At Tiffany's will be different to Audrey Hepburn's.

The Pushing Daisies actress has been lined up to play Holly Golightly, a role made famous by Audrey Hepburn in the 1961 Oscar-winning movie adaptation of the novel.

However, Friel told The Sun that her Holly "will have a lot more rough edges than Audrey’s".

She added: "One of the scary things at first for me was thinking, ‘Gosh, people will assume they’re coming to see an Audrey Hepburn impression’, and that won’t be happening."
