Price, Andre 'in crisis over split'

Estranged couple Katie Price and Peter Andre have broken down over their separation, it has been reported.

Despite reports on Friday that the former glamour model was "getting back to normal", she has since sought help from her mother Amy, while Andre has said that Price turned him into a "broken man", says the News Of The World.

Price told the tabloid: "I'm so angry with what he's done and I'm not going to take back what I've said about him. But I do understand now that this is hard on him too. I want people to look at me as a good mum for my kids but I've been having the biggest crisis of my personal life ever, so it's been hard."

The 31-year-old, who was reunited with her children earlier this week following their stay with Andre in Cyprus, added that she vows to change.

"I need to let that go, the playful side of me, for a little while. I felt like I had to get rid of the chains that Pete had me in. They're gone now, so I don't feel like I have to prove myself any more."

Andre, meanwhile, cried to his mum Thea, saying: "I'm broken. Kate has completely ruined me." A source also revealed that the singer had an "absolute breakdown".

"The demons in his head just keep getting louder and louder," the insider added.

The pair split in May after nearly four years of marriage.
