Diaz: 'I taught Breslin to say the F-word'

Cameron Diaz has revealed that she taught co-star Abigail Breslin to swear.

The 36-year-old actress has admitted she corrupted 13-year-old Breslin on the set of My Sister's Keeper for a specific scene in the movie.

According to reports, Diaz found it difficult to persuade the teen star to express herself through foul language.

Diaz said: "I taught her how to say the F-word in every way possible. It was for a specific scene, so I told her mum, 'We just got Abby to curse'. She said, 'It's about time!'.

"[I am] very well versed in the word and being able to utilise it. We had fun with Abby, but she threatened to fine us for cursing. I never paid her though."

My Sister's Keeper is currently in cinemas.
