Jack Tweed has confirmed that he spoke to the late Michael Jackson shortly before the death of his wife Jade Goody.
The reality TV star's widower told Absolute Radio that Jackson had wanted Goody to attend a concert during his planned London residency if she regained her health.
Tweed said: "He wanted to speak to Jade but Jade wasn't well enough to speak to him so I had to phone him. "It was very weird. He just went, 'Hello, Jack, this is Michael Jackson.'
"Just giving his love for Jade, really, and he wanted Jade to see him in his concerts in the O2."
Regarding the singer's mourning family, he added: "I don't think there's any advice you can give, really. You grieve in your own way."
Goody's publicist Max Clifford has claimed that Jackson had wanted to visit Goody before she died, though he did not attend her funeral.
