Paloma Louise Lebenzon was born at 4:25pm in New York on Saturday, reports People. She weighed 7lbs, 10oz.
A representative for the actress said: "[Ana] is elated and completely glowing. She is surrounded by her friends and family and so happy to be a mum. She is just really enjoying the moment.
"The baby is absolutely beautiful."
Her Ugly Betty co-star Mark Indelicato commented: "She will be an amazing mum. Ana has the biggest heart and she's so loving."
