Jackson dad: 'I suspect foul play'

Joe Jackson has said that he believes foul play may have been involved in the death of his pop superstar son Michael.

The 80-year-old told ABC7 that his son seemed fit and well shortly before his death.

Joe said: "Michael was dead before he left the house. I'm suspecting foul play somewhere.

"He was waving to everybody and telling them he loves them and all the fans at the gate. A few minutes after Michael was out there, he was dead."

He added to CNN: "I have a lot of concerns. I can't get into that but I don't like what happened."

Jackson family lawyer Londell McMillan interjected: "We cant talk about that right now. There is a second autopsy underway. We will let that process take its course, we will have more to say at a later time."
