Drug overdose 'cause of Jackson's death'

A drug overdose was the likely cause of Michael Jackson's death, according to reports.

TMZ claims that a Demerol injection - and possibly one other drug - led to the superstar's demise on Thursday.

Despite an LA coroner recently ruling that there was no evidence of foul play following an autopsy, the Jackson family have reportedly requested for a second post mortem to take place.

The LAPD is still conducting an active investigation.
