Earlier today, it was reported that the late 'Thriller' singer was "severely emaciated" and weighed 8st 1oz when he died, while the contents of his stomach consisted of nothing more than partially-dissolved pills.
The coroner's office has insisted that the findings from Jackson's autopsy are sealed and that the report did not emanate from them, says E!.
"The report that is being published did not come from our office," said assistant chief Ed Winter. "I don't know where that information came from, or who that information came from. It is not accurate. Some of it is totally false."
The results from the post mortem on Friday proved inconclusive pending the outcome of toxicology tests, which could take up to six weeks to come through.
It was previously suggested that the Jackson family have asked for a second autopsy be performed on the popstar.
