Jackson 'never adopted his children'

Michael Jackson never formally adopted any of his three children, it has been claimed.

According to TMZ, the late singer did not file court documents for Prince Michael, 12, Paris Michael Katherine, 11, and 7-year-old Prince Michael II because he did not believe that a third party would come forward to claim custody of them.

Earlier today, it was reported that he and ex-wife Debbie Rowe were not the biological parents to their two eldest children.

All three kids are currently residing with their grandmother, pending a temporary court order.
