Lawyer: 'Ex-wife is Jackson kids mother'

An attorney for Michael Jackson's ex-wife Debbie Rowe has dismissed speculation that she is not the biological mother of the late singer's children.

According to TMZ, Prince Michael, 12, and 11-year-old Paris Katherine were conceived in vitro, while neither Jackson nor Rowe are their biological relatives.

Speaking to Radar Online, a lawyer for Rowe said: "We refuse to be drawn into addressing the various rumours and speculation swirling in the media. The vast majority of what is out there is untrue.

"Particularly hurtful and insidious is the most recent rumour - which is entirely false - concerning the maternity of the children. Ms Rowe is the biological mother of the two oldest children."

The 'Thriller' star is also father to 7-year-old Blanket, who was born via surrogacy. It is understood that the child's mother was never told that she was carrying him for Jackson.

Rowe, a former nurse, was married to Jackson from 1996 until 1999.
