Jackson's 'ex-wife' demands estate, children
A woman who claims to be Michael Jackson's ex-wife has said that she is entitled to his estate and three children.

Nona Paris Lola Jackson had previously said that she was the mother of Prince Michael, 12, Paris Katherine, 11, and 7-year-old Blanket and filed legal papers for visitation rights in 2007.

She now reportedly plans to petition his will, which is currently in a family trust, E! reports.

Nona, who argues that "all properties, monies and assets must be transferred to [her] immediately", sought physical and legal custody of the minor children in legal documents filed on Wednesday in a Los Angeles Superior Court.

She has also demanded that Jackson's body, reported to be in cold storage at Forest Lawn Mortuary in LA, be returned to the Coroner’s office.

Nona further said that she should be flown out to California to be put in charge of any future negotiations with concert promoter AEG Live.

Nona, who represents herself, detailed the demands in a 93-page handwritten document, which claims that she and Michael were still wed because the deceased "though died to this earth... lives with my father (Satan the devil) Khalid Lucifer". However, the filing states they were legally separated in 2008.

The court has scheduled a hearing on the matter for August 19.
