Andre denies Chantelle romance rumours

Peter Andre has insisted that there is "nothing going on" romantically between him and Chantelle Houghton.

The pair have been linked by the tabloid press after Houghton attended a number of the same events as the 'Mysterious Girl' singer. Reports claimed that they met at Mo*vida nightclub last Thursday, while Houghton was reportedly in attendance at Andre's Surrey home yesterday for his daughter Princess Tiaamii's second birthday.

However, writing on Twitter, Andre quashed rumours that the duo are an item, describing the Celebrity Big Brother winner as "a good friend".

"Just to let you know that there is nothing going on with me and Chantelle 1000 million percent," he wrote. "She is becoming a good friend. Same management."

He added: "My head hasn't even been able to think of anyone else. Kids and work, that's it for now. Thought I'd set the record straight."

Andre split form Katie Price in May after nearly four years of marriage.
