Hilton 'devastated' by reality friend death

Paris Hilton has said that she is "devastated" by the death of a former contestant on her My BFF reality show.

Reports have claimed that Kat McKenzie, 25, passed away suddenly on Friday. A cause of death has not been released but it is understood that police are not treating it as suspicious.

Writing on her Twitter account, she said: "I am so sad. She was such a beautiful, funny and charismatic woman. She will truly be missed.

"It is devastating to hear of her loss. My thoughts and wishes go out to her friends and family. Love you Kitty Kat. RIP."

McKenzie, a former pole dancer from Guildford, finished runner-up on ITV2's Paris Hilton's My British Best Friend earlier this year.
