The 22-year-old has reportedly teamed up with two close friends to work on plans for the diner, which will be located in his home town of Chigwell.
A source told the Daily Star: "They could not decide on a title, although there has obviously been talk of whether to name it in Jade's honour. But they're unsure if that's the best thing for Jade's legacy.
"It's going to be a top place when all the plans are finalised. It's in a popular area and will cater for all tastes. Jack's hoping it'll be a great success."
Confirming the rumours, Tweed commented: "I don't know the name of it. People keep asking me. It's things like meat and fish - normal food. A little bit of everything."
Big Brother star Goody passed away following a battle with cancer on March 22. Tweed has since insisted that he does not want to find a new girlfriend.
