The Britain's Got Talent judge uploaded an ECB TwelfthMan video to his official website where he addressed Andrew 'Freddie' Flintoff, Kevin Pietersen and Andrew Strauss.
Morgan said: "Right boys, this is it. I'm not Churchill, and I'm not Obama, but I'm going to give it to you straight. This is the Ashes, take no prisoners.
"This is it Fred, this is your chance mate. Your chance to prove that you are a better batsman than me, because right now, let's be honest, it's 50:50."
He added: "KP? Time mate to show us that your batting is as big as your ego. Actually, no-one can be as good as that to be honest with you!
"Straussy, I gave you a bit of stick mate, I take it all back. Love the way you've been doing business, love the trip to the war graves, love the fact the Aussies want to give up sledging. F**k that to be honest with you! Give it to them, right in their lugholes."
