Stewart 'gets hate mail from Pattinson fans'

Twilight star Kristen Stewart has reportedly been targeted with hate mail from female admirers of her co-star Robert Pattinson.

According to Metro, fans of Pattinson have become upset by allegations that she has begun dating him while still linked to actor Michael Angarano.

"The fans love Rob, and they love the idea of Kristen and Rob romancing off screen," explained one insider.

"But they don't like the idea that she might be hurting their favourite young actor by stringing him along while she is still dating Michael. The letters, which are being sent to the studio, accuse Kristen of being heartless by dating both guys."

The unnamed source added: "Kristen cares very much for Michael, but she also has a crush on Rob."

Stewart, 19, previously joked that some fans of the Twilight saga were "so jealous" of her on-screen romance with Pattinson that they "hated" her.
