Moss joins Green, Cowell media firm?

Kate Moss has been hired to work for the planned global entertainment company being founded by Sir Philip Green and Simon Cowell, it has been claimed.

The supermodel is said to have signed a multi-million pound deal two weeks ago to offer fashion advice and direct the style of the media enterprise, the Daily Mail reports.

A source said: "Kate has been signed as a figurehead and style setter for the fashion end of the business. She will bring her expertise to the table, advising on all branding and style for clothes, hair and accessories.

"She will also be involved in finding and signing new bands and promoting them. Something that has also been talked about is Kate developing her own singing career and starting a music label."

They added: "Philip knows Kate has been looking for a way out of modelling for the past five years. She is bored silly with her own career and has vastly increased his Topshop sales and image.

"He promised her that she would be a big shareholder and partner when the deal was ready to roll."

Moss recently signed a three-year design deal with Topshop, the clothing outlet owned by Sir Philip.
