The 'My Love' singer will launch the Mirimichi centre on July 25, while construction on the project has been ongoing for two years with an estimated cost of $16 million (£9.8 million), E! reports.
"Mirimichi means 'place of happy retreat', and that is what this experience is all about - golf, nature and people existing in harmony," he wrote on his official website.
The golf course will feature solar panel golf carts, and the grounds have already received approval certificates from both the Audubon International's Classic Sanctuary and the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.
It was recently reported that Timberlake will write a book about his love of the sport.
