Andre: 'Kids don't know about split'

Peter Andre has revealed that he and estranged wife Katie Price have not told their young children that they have separated.

The couple, who split in May after nearly four years of marriage, are parents to Junior, four, and Princess, two, while Price also has eight-year-old son Harvey from a previous relationship.

According to The Sun, Andre told Heart FM: "Look, I haven't let on anything to the kids. They must love their mother and they must love their father and that's all they should know."

When asked whether he had tried discussing the break up with them, he replied: "No, never. Never. You must never let them know what's going on. Ever."

Andre recently revealed that he would never badmouth Price for the sake of their young children and admitted that there were "a lot of reasons" why the couple decided to separate.

The 'Behind Closed Doors' singer is currently looking after the children at his Hove home while Price is on vacation in Los Angeles.
