Cherie Blair 'fighting swine flu'

Cherie Blair has caught suspected swine flu, according to reports.

In order to recover, the wife of former prime minister Tony has been forced to cancel her engagements, which included receiving an honorary degree from Liverpool Hope University, says The Sun.

Doctors gave Cherie a course of Tamiflu, while she is expected to make a full recovery by next Monday.

Her husband and their children are reportedly unaffected.

Mr Blair's office has refused to comment.
