Tess Daly 'signs motherhood book deal'

Strictly Come Dancing host Tess Daly is planning to publish a book about motherhood, a report claims.

According to The Bookseller, the 38-year-old presenter will release The Baby Diaries in March 2010 after landing a deal with Random House subsidiary Vermilion.

It is believed that the book will include tips for other mothers, including "what to wear, what to eat and getting the baby to sleep", as well as sharing "amusing anecdotes" from the star's family life.

Daly has a four-year-old daughter named Phoebe with her husband Vernon Kay. The couple also recently welcomed the arrival of their second baby girl Amber Isabella.

The TV personality will return to her role on Strictly Come Dancing this autumn after signing a new two-year deal with the show.
