Scooby Doo actor Freddie Prinze Jr is reported to be in the line-up for a planned family comedy show in which he would play a put-upon Puerto-Rican raised in a household of women.

Freddie is said to be joining forces with producers Bruce Helford and Bruce Rasmussen for the venture, which the ABC network may be interested in airing.
