The America's Got Talent judge told the Sunday Mirror that Myleene Klass was the most likely to crack the market Stateside.
He said: "I predict big things for Myleene - she's the perfect Brit export. A real English rose, bright and cool under pressure."
Morgan also revealed his belief that Katie Price and Cheryl Cole could make it across the Atlantic.
Of Cole, he noted: "Her accent will make or break her. Physically she's got the whole package - warm, witty, sexy." Meanwhile, he praised Price's "no-holds-barred frankness".
The former tabloid editor added that Dannii Minogue, "no spring chicken" Geri Halliwell and Alexa Chung were less likely to succeed in America.
