Jackson's mother Katherine will be the temporary guardian of Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and 7-year-old Prince Michael II until the LA hearing is rescheduled.
Debbie Rowe, who signed away all rights to the two older children in 2001, is believed to be fighting for custody of them. At the time of severing all contact, she described the Jackson as "a wonderful man... a brilliant father".
In 2004, Rowe regained her access rights to the children after she voiced concern about Jackson's child molestation case.
